WhatsApp messages are charged by Meta, according to Meta's published rates for each message category and country. Meta bills you directly through the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Astitva does not resell or mark up Meta's fees. Our invoice is only for Senderr.

Can I sign up on my own?
Not yet. Every client is onboarded by Astitva so that your number, templates and consent settings are right from day one. Request access and we will contact you.
Who bills me for WhatsApp messages?
Meta does, directly, through the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Astitva bills you only for Senderr.
Do you add a markup on Meta's message fees?
No. Meta's fees are charged at Meta's rates by Meta. We do not resell them.
How do I know what a campaign will cost?
Before you submit a campaign, Senderr shows an estimated cost in ₹ based on Meta's rates. The final amount is on Meta's invoice.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business Account?
Yes. Your account and number stay yours. Your Meta admin connects them to Senderr through Meta's own sign-up window.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my number?
Meta supports using the same number in the WhatsApp Business app and the Cloud API (Coexistence), with some limits. We will check whether it suits your number during onboarding.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export it during the notice period. After offboarding, we delete it 30 days later, except audit events and anonymised opt-out proof.
Where is my data stored?
In India: the database in Supabase's Mumbai region and services and files in AWS Mumbai. See the trust page for the one optional exception.
Is there a free trial?
We run a guided pilot with you instead of a self-serve trial. Ask us about it when you request access.
Can we have a different retention period?
Yes. Message and media retention can be set in your contract.
Do you offer AI agents and a public API?
They are coming soon. Journeys can already call your systems through web request steps.
Which payment methods do you accept for Senderr?
Senderr is invoiced to your organisation in INR. Invoicing frequency and payment terms are set out in your order form; bank transfer is the default.
Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are quoted exclusive of GST. GST is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
Can you help us with Meta business verification?
Yes. Assisted onboarding covers what Meta needs from you and in what order. Meta makes the verification decision.
