Questions your information security team will ask, answered

Where is our data stored?

In India. The database is in Supabase's Mumbai region and our services and files in AWS Mumbai. Error reporting, if switched on, is the one exception, and message text, tokens and phone numbers are removed first.

How is our data separated from other clients'?

Row-level security on every client table, with automated tests that try to read across clients.

How are our WhatsApp credentials protected?

Business tokens are encrypted with AWS Key Management Service and never shown in the browser or logs.

Can staff at Astitva see our chats?

Staff use a separate admin console with two-step verification and short sessions, and their actions are audited.

What happens to files customers send?

Every file is scanned for viruses. Infected files are quarantined and never shown to agents.
