Platform
One place for every WhatsApp conversation your business has.
Templates, a team inbox, contacts and consent, campaigns and automated journeys, on one platform with the same rules underneath.
Seven parts, one set of rules
- Onboardingconnect a number through Meta's own sign-up window and watch its health.
- Templateswrite, check and submit templates with a live preview.
- Contacts and consentimport, segment and prove consent.
- Campaignssend to a segment with approvals, pacing and a live monitor.
- Team inboxanswer customers together, with routing and SLAs.
- Automationvisual journeys and auto-replies that hand over to people.
- Admin and securityroles, two-step verification and an audit trail.
A walk through Senderr
- Step 1
Connect
Your Meta admin links your WhatsApp number in a guided wizard. Senderr then shows its quality rating, messaging limit and health.
- Step 2
Write templates
Draft in the studio, see the message on an Android or iPhone preview, fix what the checker flags, then submit to Meta and track the status.
- Step 3
Bring in contacts
Import a CSV or Excel file, map columns, record where consent came from and build segments with live counts.
- Step 4
Send a campaign
Pick a segment and a template, send yourself a test, review exclusions and the estimated cost in ₹, and get a second person's approval.
- Step 5
Talk in the inbox
Replies land in a shared inbox. Routing rules assign them; SLA timers show what is waiting too long.
- Step 6
Automate the routine
Build a journey on a canvas, test it in a phone simulator and publish. When a customer needs a person, the chat moves to the inbox with context.
- Step 7
Govern
Roles, two-step verification and an audit trail sit under all of it.
What happens when you press send
Your message is written to an outbox in the same database step as the action that created it, so it cannot be lost between systems.
Before sending, Senderr checks consent, the suppression list and WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window.
A send worker delivers it to Meta at a safe pace for your number. Each message has a unique key, so it is sent once.
Delivery and read updates come back from Meta and appear live in the inbox and campaign monitor.
50,000
We tested this by sending 50,000 messages and stopping the send worker mid-run. No message was sent twice and none was lost.
Built on
- Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)
- A database in India with each client's data separated by row-level security
- Encrypted business tokens using AWS Key Management Service
- Flow web requests that cannot reach private or internal networks
Coming soon
AI agents, API campaigns, WhatsApp Flows forms, analytics dashboards and a public API are on the way. We show them as coming soon until they are ready, with no dates we cannot keep.
